Registration

Main Conference Fees

Each accepted paper at ATVA 2013 must have at least one Regular registration and it has to be done by September 9, 2013.

  • Regular (before September 9, 2013) - USD470
  • Student (before September 9, 2013) - USD420
  • Late/On site (after September 9, 2013) - USD520

Registration fee covers: conference proceedings, access to conference sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks and lunches during October 16-18, 2013, reception and banquet. Student registration requires a valid evidence of your student status.

Extra banquet tickets can be purchased on site for USD40/person. Please put in the 'Other comments' field in the Registration Form your other requests if any.

Workshops Fees

  • Both workshops do not require registration to attend talks.
  • TTATT 2013 Workshop requires no fee.
  • Fee for INFINITY 2013 Workshop is USD30 for covering refreshments during coffee breaks and a small souvenir/T-shirt.

Visa, Accommodation, Local Information

Visa

Please check visa exemption list to see if you need a visa or not.

In case you need a visa. There are two types of visa you can apply for: tourist or business. (Be advised that applying for tourist visa is simpler and faster than the other.)
  • Tourist visa: Please contact Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in your nearest neighbourhood.
  • Business visa: Please fill in this form and send a scanned copy to hoangta [at] vnu.edu.vn. We will apply for your visa and inform you the reference number, then you can collect your visa at your convenient Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate or you can collect it on arrival.
In case you need an invitation letter, please email your name and your affiliation to hoangta [at] vnu.edu.vn.
Please send us your visa application form before August 31, 2013 so that there is enough time for approval.
